The last exam was on Thursday, a mind-grinding wall-bashing LINCIRC (Linear Circuits) final. I had no idea what I was solving in the three hour test, and I had to close my eyes and just pick out a letter in ten of the fifty multiple choice exam. Luckily my quizzes are doing just fine and the project which took two hours to do worked nicely. I’ll pass yet.
So, how to spend what little of summer I have? Well, our thesis advisor still gave us a deadline. Everything in the previous post worked as coded, but we have to add to that, with the fragmenter/assembler, encrypter/decrypter and symmetric NAT traversal modules of the program. No rest for the weary, but I rather be at school that here at home. The ACU over there is never shut off.
Osmond, thanks for the dotPH internship offer, I’ll ask our praticum coordinator if the jobs there are applicable. We need management access to routers, switches, web servers, Linux boxes and the like. I think we’ll have something lined up, I’ll just have to wait and see where we end up. 200 hours of practicum left to go!
